The window sill must be at least 2 inches deep to accommodate the base, with a maximum thickness of 15 inches that can accept 2 1/2 inch long screws.

The bracket is ruggedly constructed and can support up to 85 pounds in the small size (S) and up to 165 pounds in the large size (L). It is suitable for window units ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 BTUs for the small size and 9,000 to 22,000 BTUs for the large size. Please note that this bracket is not suitable for hollow aluminum, vinyl, or plastic sills.

This air conditioner support bracket is specifically designed for common single or double-hung windows (sliding up and down), but not for casement windows. The installation process is straightforward and can be done following these steps:

STEP 1: Align the rubber non-slip mat with the 245° support frame A hole and tighten with M6-100 screws. STEP 2: Align the 45° support frame A with the hole in the 45° support frame B using M6-100 screws. STEP 3: Mark the window sill, drill screw holes, and tap the expansion anchor into the newly drilled hole. STEP 4: Align the middle hole of the K Adjustment block 1 with the three newly drilled holes and tighten with the C tapping screw. STEP 5: Align holes at L as shown, align mount to sill, and ensure that the A/C support shelf clears all obstacles on the sill using the provided spacers and blocks. STEP 6: Place the end of the leg flat against the underside of the shelf and position the leg footpad against the exterior surface.
