Please note that the Top Shelf A/C Bracket is compatible with single or double hung windows between 24" and 38" wide, and is not suitable for slider, crank out, casement, or certain wood windows like the Anderson 400 series. It is also not compatible with slide-out A/C units. The bracket requires 10” of clearance below the window, a minimum wall thickness of 6", and a maximum wall thickness of 12". Measurements should be taken from the inside lower window frame to the exterior sill or ledge, if applicable. It is recommended to measure your window before purchase to ensure compatibility.
