Heavy Duty Support AC Bracket Qualward Window Air Conditioner Support Bracket is designed to provide a reliable and secure support for window-mounted air conditioners. Made of solid epoxy-coated thick steel plate, this bracket is sturdy and durable, ensuring that your A/C unit is safely supported. It can hold up to 180 lbs and is suitable for air conditioners ranging from 12,000 to 24,000 BTU.

Installation Steps To install the Qualward Window Air Conditioner Support Bracket, follow these steps: 1. Find the correct window sill position and locate the mounting holes. 2. Assemble the Connector Bar with the support body and drill 5/32" * 2" screwing holes into the window sill. 3. Align and mount the bracket to the sill, ensuring that the A/C Support shelf clears all obstacles on the sill using the Rounded Spacer, Flat Spacer(s), and Block. 4. Place the end of the leg flat against the underside of the shelf and position the foot pad against the exterior surface. 5. Finally, slightly tilt the bracket for draining condensation.

Features and Window Requirements The Qualward Window Air Conditioner Support Bracket is designed to be installed from inside the house, taking the pressure and weight off the window sill to minimize the chance of damage. It works with any brand name Window Mounted Air Conditioner. The window requirements include a window sill thickness not exceeding 16 inches, a minimum depth of 2 inches, and the ability to accept 2 1/2 inches long screws.

Block & Spacer The spacer can be adjusted on the block according to the inclination of the window sill to keep the balance of the brace so that the bracket can be installed stably on the window sill.

Rubber Mounts Full-rubber mounts design can better fit the siding wall and make the bracket stable and firm without causing damage to the outside wall.

High-Density Material The bracket is made of heavy-gauge, epoxy-coated steel to prevent rust and rot, with a matte surface to ensure the A/C unit does not drop out of the window.

Universal Design The bracket fits wall thickness from 2" to 15.2" and supports up to 180 lbs, adapting to most window units. It features a dual AC bracket design to relieve stress on the window sill and facilitate indoor installation. All necessary hardware is included for easy installation, along with an exclusive built-in bubble level to correct mounting slope position.
